   My latest reading indicates effexor works mostly on seratonin and only   
   on noradrenaline at higher doses and just slightly on dopamine at even   
   higher doses. BUt these neurotransmitter effects are not enough to   
   explain why each AD is different. They just do work differently on   
   different people.
