   150ml of whiskey per day... that's about 1/4 of a bottle, a bit less   
   maybe.   
      
   I was up to 1/3 of a bottle (sometimes more) every day for a long   
   time.  Eventually, it did start to cause a lot of problems.   
      
   I'd say your current habit (150ml) is not too bad, and probably won't   
   be very damaging... in the broad sense of the term.  Yet if you talk   
   to a doctor or someone conservative on the matter, they'll say   
   otherwise.. but really it's only the addicts/alcoholics who *truly*   
   know how a certain amount of alcohol affects you subjectively.   
      
   My opinion is that your habit isn't that bad right now.   
      
   But watch out when you start drinking more... because you're going to   
   eventually drink more, once your tolerance increases.
