   As of five hours ago there is a new global species balance.   
      
   In addition there has been an evolution, including of special   
   abilities, to 55 equal species in human species group,   
   though the physical evolution, including of adults, will   
   occur gradually.   
      
   Those with species someone negotiator ability, which is   
   a subset of those who hear voices, should be able to   
   further update the species balance. However note   
   that they would be negotiating just on behalf of their   
   own species, not for the entire human species group.   
      
   Also some have permanent species someone negotiator   
   ability and should not use psychotropic drugs, while   
   some have psychotropic drug enhanceable ability   
   which, among other things, gives them temporary   
   species someone negotiator ability while they are enhanced.
