   First, you have to find a company willing to pay a million for the idea.   
      
   Second, if your system is truly worthy why not use it yourself ?   
      
   Third, if you are feeling philanthropic, sure you could give it away, I am   
   sure there are some out there who would use it to make money for the wrong   
   reasons.   
      
   Fourth, if you sell its no longer yours    
      
   Fifth, if you offer service of prediction , well you might find yourself   
   prosecuted as there are rules about predictions in the uk.   
   Maybe the rest of the world is kinder ....   
      
   Sixth, I am not sure how you would go about copyrighting this as I think if   
   your system is successful the lottery companies would just increase the number   
   of balls to make it harder, and your competition will just copy the idea   
   reducing your winnings.   
      
   Seventh, quantum computers are about to arrive. Who can say what effect they   
   will have on gambling.
