   inaccurate predictions in forecasting rather than exploring an effective   
   forecasting algorithm. In spite of the prediction algorithm, this does not   
   have a great impact on the final result. In much the same way that genes   
   influence the germination of genes, environmental factors trigger the   
   germination of genes as well. As a result, what ultimately determines the   
   prediction results still depends on effective and accurate input. Therefore,   
   any efforts to improve algorithms are susceptible to inaccurate input.
