   If something is different from everything else then I'd say that makes   
   it new. If something hasn't been done before, that also makes it new.   
   Which other tennis games (for example) have you played where the   
   controller was spacially aware and able to measure acceleration. What?   
   None? Why, surely that must make it "new" then.
