         Right, but in the Emmersion case, Sony chose to fight and lost,   
   while MS settled out of court and Nintendo and Sega had previously been   
   paying them already.  It's just one of many examples of Sony's business   
   tactics, whether one likes them or not is another thing entirely.   
         I'm not sure who released the Genesis Atari collections, I might   
   be able to find out tomorrow though, when I can look at a box.  I am   
   also not certain that I recall any kind of deal for games from Atari for   
   the Genesis specifically.  The deal I'm recalling was something between   
   Sega and Nintendo and Atari, where the former two basically provided   
   life support for Atari financially, in exchange for games.  I'm not sure   
   what came of that though.
