   Okay, turns out this isn't true after Chapter 3. Random NPC encounters and   
   optional side quests abound once Chapter 4 fires up. So, you have to play

   I wrote that on Saturday. On Sunday, I played far enough to be getting   
   text messages from a prostitue, and to win a lifetime pass to attend the   
   show of a specific stripper at no charge. I can't stop being wrong. :)
