Only a true blue Sega fanboy could       say something like this about the legendary SotN! They can remake that       wonderous game that could only have been on a Sony platform as many       times as they like and it'll still be solid gold! It's just too bad it       isn't on that stupendous PSP. Why, if I had a choice between copying a       PSX game, and expanding on a crappy Genesis game nobody liked, I'd pick       the Sony game any day. /*Evil Fanboy Mode/*                     >> It       >> also looks like they've managed to push the DS further than I've seen       >> it go so far. It       would be cool to have some character filled in for the older games, even       if it was abusing the Metroid engine yet again. $20 says that the       storyline ends up being only a slight twist on the AS/DS theme of the       main character being tempted to turn evil, but, you know, not.              >> Now that we all know the characters aren't related in       >> anything but name, I kind of doubt I'm going to have any of my       >> expectations met storyline wise. They just had such neato art       design for the characters and enemies, plus awesome soundtrack, that       nobody cared.                     > --       > Whip Ass Gaming: http://www.whipassgaming.com/       >       > "Maybe you should go back home, when you get to a strange town.       > There might be someone strange who comes looking for you."       > - Paseo villager in Phantasy Star II       >       >                     --       Scott              http://www.gamepilgrimage.com              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
