   I'm trying to get a straight answer on this: Does the telephone cord   
   length affect DSL speed? I'm using that long-ass phone cord that came   
   with the DC(I can't remember how long it actually is) to wind around the   
   apt to get from the phone jack to the DSL modem and I swear things have   
   been going slower because of it. Does anyone know what the cutoff is in   
   terms of phone cord length on something like this?
