   I don't have any evidence to support the thought, but I wonder if Sega   
   wasn't counting on data from the Japanese players and then had their plans   
   torpedoed by low penetration of Xbox 360 consoles.

   Parties can be as large as 6, although I think that there's some game   
   mechanisms stolen from Final Fantasy XI. In PSO it was possible for the   
   same four players to run through the entire game from the beginning and   
   beat Dark Falz at the end. I get the feeling that Guild missions are   
   one-off affairs where you get together, bash heads for an hour and then   
   part company. I haven't played in a party larger than two yet.

   as an Xbox Live Arcade title...
