   Well, the reason I remembered it well, other than being a die-hard SF2 fan   
   that had a Megadrive was that Sega magazines were selling the line that we'd   
   get the game later but more work has been put into it to make it a better   
   game or something along those lines.  Certainly when it was released, I   
   thought that it was almost arcade perfect.
