   The PC version isn't bad. One strike against it is that you can't use   
   controller buttons to change view in a hurry like on the Saturn version.   
   But the main reason people have a problem with it is the graphics, which   
   conform to some bizarre pre-OpenGl and pre-DirectX 3D standard that never   
   took off. It was arguably closer to the Saturn libraries (quadrilateral   
   polygons and all) but most graphics cards manufacturers decided to go the   
   other direction. Panzer Dragoon is arguably the best of the SegaSoft PC   
   games that were converted from the Saturn.
