   I don't think Sonic will stop being butchered by reviewers. I honestly think   
   that Sega should have moved back to the side-scrolling Sonic games after it   
   received so many bad reviews for Sonic Heroes. I don't see why companies are   
   abandoning side-scrollers so easily. More storage doesn't mean everything   
   has to be 3d, it could mean that some games simply have a lot more levels or   
   more content. Having so much 3d everywhere is actually making the occasional   
   side-scroller so much more appealing.
