   Well, same problem still. I left the Dreamcast on   
   ALL NIGHT and just left the TV off.   
      
   When I woke up and turn on the TV, it had the screen saver   
   on   
     and when I pushed the button on the controller, the scree saver   
   stopped and still woulden't let me do ANYTHING on the date/time   
   screen.   
      
   So I def know the controller works and the Dreamcast responds   
   to it, but just not for date/time.   
      
   I haven't tried taking out the VMU and doing that   
   see if that works, but I kinda doubt it, Ill try anyway.   
      
      
   sigh... just wish it would work already!
