   Not on the real hardware, no. PD Mini would be flickery like you wouldn't   
   believe. If you're willing to mess with flash carts, it's possible to burn   
   an EEPROM in an SMS cart that has the Game Gear flag set. That way you can   
   use the Mastergear hardware to get GG games into the real hardware without   
   having to worry about the tiny cartridge size.
