   That's what I noticed as well, the framerate was supposed to be 30fps.   
   I will be able to count frames after I capture some videos. If the   
   framerate is below 30FPS, they will be possible to count while advancing   
   the video one frame at a time.

   That will be worth checking into. I thought that the wireframe mode on   
   the Saturn would run faster than normal but it seems that they locked   
   the framerate down regardless of whether its wireframe or full textured.   
    60FPS would make this game easy to play. ;)
