Ah, the joy of the game slowing down to 85% while the audio retains
perfect pitch. Or the inability of DreamSNES to properly render the
"wind" sounds in Square games like Chrono Trigger.

Or better yet, save yourself all the trouble that I had with getting DC
burns working only to find the DC underpowered for 16-bit emulation, and
get an Xbox (preferably an older one so as not to deal with the v1.6
damage), a 200-250GB hard drive, and a mod chip. They really aren't that
hard to install, and there are solderless options too. (or do a softmod
if that's what you want) The ultimate bonus is not having to mess with a
   stack of CD-R discs.

And before the original poster protests, I use a Mac too. Big helpful
Mac advice: the FTP server in the Evox dashboard is crap. (And the
telnet server is crap squared.) The only thing I can get to work
semi-reliably with it is Fetch. The FTP server in dvd2xbox is somewhat
   better.
