   Oh wait, you're using a DC Genesis emulator? Ugh, there's your problem   
   right there... :(

   I've not had a good experience with pretty much any of them. To me, it   
   seems like the only two systems the DC has done flawlessly was the NES   
   and SMS. Anything 16 bit and it just chokes. Not sure if it's the   
   programming or the system's fault.

   There's an adapter that will allow you to use Saturn pads on your   
   Dreamcast, and that's great. It's exactly like the Genesis pad, just   
   bigger...and with two shoulder buttons.
