I love obscure sega titles.              It's definitely one of them, Izzy too.              > The Genesis is a fairly strong puzzle system in my opinion. Columns 1       > & 3 both rock. There are a few others as well. I'm not into it though.       > This sounded like something else.              I am pretty sure this is one I am thinking about, but I could be wrong.       It's nothing like Columns, of course, but has a puzzle element all its       own in terms of the gameplay. I too really enjoy Columns 1 and 3, and       even have that Columns Collection on the Saturn...not to mention a few       versions on the Game Gear.              > This must be SUPER rare. I thought they only made the T2 shooter for       > the system. I don't think I've ever seen this one anywhere.              Well, though not rare around here, it may be rare in your area or on the       net I suppose. There are four, IIRC, Terminator games on the Genesis:       The Terminator, T2: The Arcade Game, Terminator 2: Judgment Day and       Robocop vs Terminator. If you have a Sega CD, the version of The       Terminator there is WAY different than the Genesis original...and God is       it good.              > Doesn't sound so hot. Kind of looks like a Sonic clone.              Well, it's colorful and features and animal as the main character...but       I don't know that I'd call it a Sonic clone perse.              > That's the beauty of Genesis collecting. They are almost all cheap.              Indeed, indeed...well, until you start getting in to the really rare and       popular titles like Trouble Shooter, Streets of Rage 3...and don't even       get me started on the Mega Drive games...God, it seems like if take the       shittiest Genesis game out there, and then trade it in for the MD       version, all of the sudden it's worth hundreds. Cracks me up to no end.              > I'm struggling mightily right now to add any new Nintendo pieces, so       > I'm taking a break.              I've pretty much gone with emulation for my NES, despite still owning       the actual hardware and around 20 to 30 carts. I got a SNES a few months       back(I used to have one, and a shitload of games, but sold it all to get       a Saturn) so I've been trying to get a lot of the games I used to have,       but haven't put in a whole lot of effort. Recently bought another       N64(sold off my last one in disgust), why, I don't know...but I think       this time I may just concentrate on pure racing games, as the N64 seems       to do pretty well with those.              Bel       --       Whip Ass Gaming: http://www.whipassgaming.com/              "We aim to try."        - Deputy Clementine Johnson, Reno 911              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
