What kills me the most is       that on top of getting cheaper, the enemies start taking off way more       damage. Like Zangief, for example, on the harder difficulties can kill       you in as little as *two* spinning piledrivers and his range of grabbing       you goes from being just about on top of you to around two to three       character lengths away.
