   Dhalsim, no matter who uses him(CPU or a person) can have his limbs hit   
   just *any* attack. Plus, get close enough to someone and punches   
   actually just *go through them* instead of even making them block it.   
   He's a sad, sad character. There is some fun to be had with him though,   
   but it mostly comes from abusing his teleporting ability while shooting   
   Yoga Fire at people(you can actually shoot one, teleport behind them,   
   they'll be locked in the block from the fire, you head butt them right   
   before the fire hits them for a three hit guaranteed dizzy. It's cheap   
   as fuck, but fun to do with friends). ;)

   If you're using Ken or Ryu, the trick to Honda is to come in with a   
   fierce *punch*, kicks seem to get chopped right out of the air, punches   
   get through 90% of the time. After landing one follow it up with another   
   move, or series of movies. Also, slow fireballs really wreak havoc with   
   the AI as when it loves to break out that sumo flying move with Honda.
