   Just about every person walking the street of Vancouver's lower east   
   side is homeless. Vancouver has a lot of transients and homeless people.   
   I don't refer to them as bums though as that is rude and a lot of people   
   are in that situation because they are mentally ill so it is not their   
   fault.
