   You could, but I've noticed that most cart slot cleaners tend to push a   
   lot of crap further in to the slot. What I do, first, is to remove the   
   top of the shell then get a flashlight and a pair of tweezers. Remove   
   all the hair and crap that you can get to, then break out a hacked N64   
   cleaner, or a Genesis cart slot cleaner, etc. and finish it off.

   Hmmmmm, how do you mean "it has an arcade stick on it"? As in, a little   
   stick that sits above the d-pad? If so, I think it either came with the   
   SMS sytem, or you could buy one(I remember them being sold for NES   
   controllers back in the day).
