   If you have a modded xbox, you can access the disc contents over the FTP   
   server by opening up (IIRC) drive D. But I usually use a dedicated   
   disc-to-hard-drive ripper first, then copy from the hard drive. Better   
   rippers automagically do stuff like no-disc patches anyhow.   
      
   I tried to get the music out of JSRF once, but even after finding a   
   decoder program, the way they did looping made it annoying. I later   
   found a copy of the OST on alt.binaries.sounds.mp3.video-games and gave   
   up on the idea of ripping the audio.
