   You ought to just go back to Game Crazy and claim that it keeps giving   
   you the dreaded "dirty disc error". Trust me, they'll immediately know   
   what you're talking about. After that, ask them to power up the unit, so   
   you can pop the drive. Use this guide to identify the Philips or Samsung:

   If it's another Thomson, ask them to grab another one...so on and so forth.
