   Bel pretty much answered your question, but for the sake of discussion   
   I'll reply too.  They are different Roms, and the EU version is   
   censored.  Even the title screen is blue instead of red so it doesn't   
   look like blood.  Apparently somebody cut a bunch of veins instead of   
   arteries this time.
