A multiplayer game set in a TV studio, except       > that Blast Chamber had moving, rotating walls, if I remember correctly.              It's a capture the flag game in 3D space. Somehow this game totally       evaded my notice until now. The arenas are the inside of a cube that       can rotate clockwise or counter clockwise. Any of the four players or       AI can hit the rotate button on the far left or right of each floor.       When the floor is rotated all of the players who did not hit the button       will fall to the new floor appropriately and suffer about a second delay       as they get up.              Each floor is also rigged with a "basket" color coded to each player.       The goal of getting the flag to the right colored basket is made more       interesting in that if another color player gets the flag to somebody       else's basket it takes seconds off their time limit. When a player's       timer hits zero they lose.              Basically it is an intense and very unique 1st gen party game. I       honestly can't believe I never gave it a try. When it came out I could       have had a blast playing it with my roomates. These days it's AI only       for me.                     > Anything in the original Dreamcast Fur Fighters you don't get in the PS2       > sequel? Everything I have ever read about       it is that they screwed the pooch on the gameplay. The Dreamcast game       is an excellent 3rd person shooter, with great humor and graphics, that       has the controls of MDK 2 basically. I haven't played the PS2 game yet       and I would not be surprised if it was very nearly identical with Dual       Shock controls Sony fans just weren't used to.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
