   I looked online and it seems to be hidden on the PS2 game. I assumed   
   that it might be the same as on the Sega Genesis Collection for the   
   PSP I have, where I had to get a Chaos Emerald in Sonic The Hedgehog to   
   unlock Congo Bongo in the Extras.
