From: stalnixrm@gmail.com              That'll be coaxial cable.              Still just sitting here. We tried a few games in it at the time but none       would load and hold steady. Kind of makes me sad.              I think original hardware is fairly boss personally, but it may be time       to concede defeat. I have no RCA hookups (R/W/Y cables) for the Genesis       and I don't want to spend a fortune just to cling to it.              I do love it, but I fear it may be the same if I hook up my 2600. Why       struggle when I could load the games up via a Retrode and play them with       a Wii, off the cartridge even? And I know robotics, so getting a       nine-pin to read like a Classic Controller via an Arduino is not       impossible for me.              *sighs heavily*              I'm hoping there's hope for it. But I've already - to some extent -       conceded it may be time to let go of this sense of my childhood.              ~SRM              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
