     i just planted my patch yesterday.  sometimes i plant   
   earlier and other times later.  no set schedule here   
   other than trying to get them in the ground before the   
   top layer freezes.   
      
     my crop this season looked nice but the other day   
   when i busted bulbs open to get cloves to plant there   
   was a lot of problems so it took me a while to get   
   enough decent cloves for planting.   
      
     the rest we'll eat.  :)
