   I find all this pretty funny.  I just received a card from Steve   
   Kramer - mailed from Thailand.  He was never deported and is still   
   working hard.  He hasn't written a cookbook - that's the work of Steve   
   Ralph Kramer, of Singapore, who owns a restaurant.  And no, I'm not   
   Steve Kramer using a sock puppet - I'm a friend who is an   
   Englishwoman.  Quite a house of cards you've built up!
