   Didn't you say the courts ordered him out of the country, that he was   
   "deported"? To get someone deported, the case has to go to a court of   
   law and is a multi step process. There is no way around this especially   
   since Steve had a business, and all the relevant paperwork this entailed   
   to allow him to stay in Thailand. For him to have been deported, the   
   case would have made headlines in the foreign language mass media. No   
   such case has ever been recorded nor has such an issue ever been   
   discussed in any Thai related forum.   
      
   Thailand also maintains a database of "deported aliens" that my former   
   department has access to. Governments keep these databases so that   
   persons who have been deported cannot easily find haven in other   
   countries. I still maintain very close connections with the department   
   and had the boys there do a search. Interestingly enough, a search for   
   Kramer yields nothing. They even tried Kremmer and other variants of the   
   surname and still found nothing. I might add, this did not surprise me   
   in the least but it does prove that you have been telling a few porkies   
   here on usenet Robert.

   The police cannot order a person to not post on the internet using their   
   own name. This is another matter that would require a court hearing as   
   it is in clear violation of an individuals rights to disallow them the   
   use of their own name. It would be easier and, I might add, more   
   logical, to disallow use of false aliases than it would be to disallow   
   use of ones own name. But then logic was never a forte of yours, was it   
   Robert? I attribute that to the permanent drunken stupor you find   
   yourself in.
