   DSI may seek arrest warrants against black-shirt gunmen at Kokwua   
   Intersection Monday   
      
   Metropolitan Police investigators will Monday testify to the   
   Department of Special Investigations about the identities of   
   black-shirt gunmen who allegedly fired at troops on April 10, a senior   
   police officer said Monday.   
      
   Pol Maj Gen Sumet Ruangsawat, deputy commissioner of the Metropolitan   
   Police, said investigators of the bureau had learnt identities of all   
   black-shirt gunmen who fought against troops at the Kokwua   
   Intersection.   
      
   Sumet said the investigators would give their findings to the DSI   
   Monday and the DSI may seek arrest warrants against the gunmen on the   
   same day.   
      
   Sumet said the identities would be kept confidential for now.
