   	It's good.  They do a good job with it, but it's still stainless.   
   If you're interested in good USA made slipjoints for use you might look at   
   Moore Maker knives, or Queen Cutlery.  They're also USA made and the quality   
   is comparable.  Both offer carbon and tool steel (D2, A2) blades.
