   I assume that you are referring to the pictures you posted of the   
   alleged Kramer. If we are to believe that those were Kramer they must   
   date from a period far earlier then his, rather limited career in   
   Thailand   
      
   The individual you portray isn't bald, just a Tonsure while Stevie has   
   stated that he is bald. One assumes that Steve does knows what he has   
   on his head. Although he probably would lie about it.   
      
   The individual you show is has a white beard while Tourist Policeman   
   Steve had a grotty, rather untrimmed, gray goatee... Was he taking   
   rejuvenation pills to make his beard turn gray?   
      
   Finally, the individual you would have us believe was Steve was neatly   
   dressed and clean, a far different individual those of who has seen   
   Steve in the flesh would recall, with the dirty safari suit and the   
   sweat stained chapeau.   
      
   So, as they say in England, Pull the other one.
