Strange version of English you speak. My dictionary utility is based
on Wordnet, which is a development at Princeton University and is an
   ongoing project.

   lingual ~ adj
    1. consisting of or related to language
linguistic behavior; a linguistic atlas; lingual diversity

    2. pertaining to or resembling or lying near the tongue
lingual inflammation; the lingual surface of the teeth

   lingual ~ noun
    1. a consonant that is produced with the tongue and other speech
   organs

Perhaps your problem is that you are using a dictionary intended for
   4th graders.
