   Welcome back, I assume that you have paid your monthly visit to the   
   department to beg your monthly stipend and cage a ciggie or two from   
   the chaps. Damn, but it is terrible to see someone sunken so low.   
      
   But tell us how is your Christmas Island Gulag doing without your day   
   to day supervision? And the tea wagon, do they bemoan your absence? Oh   
   yes, how are you doing with your day by day dose of humble pie. After   
   all those on the dole, as it were, can hardly display the usual
