You are correct Fels, it is rather difficult to obtain entrance into
the Thai police, in fact it would have been impossible for kramer to
have been a member as one of the formal requirements is that you are a
Thai citizen. And while it is possible that there is no formal
requirement, you must be capable of reading, writing and speaking the
Thai language, and you must graduate form the police academy. So any
talk of Kramer being a member of the Thai police is absolute B.S.

As far as his friends in the upper echelons of the local government,
kramer once stated that it was necessary for him to deposit 100,000
dollars in an escrow account to get a business licence. Given that the
actual cost is for licence fees, a few thousand baht, it seems likely
that your claim to any "friends" in the government is wholly false.

Further, the Royal Thai Police are a national body. There are no local
police forces and a provincial or city governor would have no
   influence with them.
