   Firstly, kramer never "worked in the kingdom", he resided solely by   
   relying on his wife to earn a living at the Japanese School. His   
   loudly proclaimed "photographic business" was a total flop. His so   
   called commercial photo business was a matter of sending photos to the   
   Air Asia inflight magazine where some might have been printed and even   
   possibly paid for. I believe that the rate is something like $5.00   
   (Malaysian) each.   
      
   There was even a report made by a foreign tourist, and published on   
   the web, about his misleading statements and cheating during one of   
   his photo safaris.   
      
   But keep defending him. Stevie was a liar and a cheat and you are a
