   Recent local story: man in prison waiting trial, couldn't make   
   bail.  While there, he's found with a weapon, now faces 2 years   
   on that charge.  No info of whether he assaulted anyone.   
      
   The 'weapons' consisted of a sharpened spork,  and a   
   sharpened toothbrush, both plastic   Jail toothbrushes   
   are about 3 inches long, to my knowledge.   
      
   Is this serious, do these really constitute a danger?   
   Or is this some kind of police state frame-up?  And   
   how does one sharpen such things, in jail?
