   No. I've seen a number in art shows and antique shops and really never   
   looked for a picture, but if you google on Ivory carvings and balls   
   inside balls you ought to find something as they are fairly common.   
      
   I've also seen jade carvings that were similar; but probably not done   
   with a pocket knife :-)
