   It's a Kutmaster, Utica NY.USA. The handle has those saw marks on it and   
   looks like it's made of black Delrin from the looks of it around the rivets.   
   There is advertising on the blade -- Meridian Steel CO Inc, Jericho LI NY.   
   I remember my dad giving me stuff with Meridian Steel advertising on it and   
   I still have some of it. The BARLOW looks like it's "stamped" into the   
   bolsters and is a little rough around the edges. The Bolsters appear to be   
   cast and nickel but I'm just guessing. Also, both blades are polished and   
   shiny. The liner is brass.   
      
   Best guess from my research on the Net is the knife may have been made in   
   the 50's or earlier, but I'm wide open to suggestions.
