   We need to get us some of them there meat cleaver control law   
   thingies.  Background checks for buyers.  Limits on cleaver   
   size.  Require transfers be done by licensed cleaver dealers.   
   No interstate cleaver sales.  Stuff like that.  Meat cleaver   
   control laws will prevent this sort of thing in the future.
