   Seattle police are searching for a man suspected of fatally stabbing   
   another man during an altercation Friday in Belltown.   
      
   Around 5 p.m., police responded to the lobby of an apartment building in   
   the 100 block of Cedar Street, according to a news release. There, they   
   found the victim suffering from a life-threatening wound. Police and   
   personnel from the Seattle Fire Department tried unsuccessfully to save   
   his life.   
      
   An escalating dispute between the two men preceded the stabbing, said   
   Detective Judinna Gulpan, a Seattle Police Department spokesperson.
