   A 59-year-old woman was charged Tuesday with attacking two co-workers with   
   a knife in a Ladera Ranch restaurant last month.   
      
   Yuhua Yang was charged with two counts of attempted murder with sentencing   
   enhancements for the personal use of a deadly weapon. She pleaded not   
   guilty and is next due in court for a pretrial hearing Jan. 9 in the   
   Harbor Justice Center in Newport Beach.   
      
   Orange County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched about 11:45 a.m. Dec. 2   
   to a restaurant in the 27000 block of Antonio Parkway regarding an   
   apparent dispute among co-workers involving a knife, sheriff’s Sgt.   
   Michael Woodroof said.   
      
   When deputies arrived, there was a report of one victim with a bloody   
   hand, Woodroof said.
