   Usually... but not always. Even then that doesn't mean someone records every   
   fight even when others are around.

   Only during working hours and they are usually inside the store and probably   
   don't have their smart phones on them (company policy) so they couldn't   
   record it even if they wanted to. Lots of fights occur in the parking lots   
   of fast food places. Somehow I doubt they are all captured on smart phone   
   video.   
      
   You made the claim, and continue to make the claim, so back it up.   
      
   Now if you want to say 'a lot' or perhaps even 'most' I would agree with the   
   former and might cut you some slack on the later, but to assert that ALL   
   are... statically all but impossible.
