   It was Yoko, not John, who owned Elliot Mintz.  It wasn't until Lennon had   
   been killed that the name Mintz was known among Lennon fans -- because he had   
   wriggled his way into various projects *purportedly* about John to issue   
   pro-Yoko propaganda.  I    
   refer to the Rolling Stone article "The Private Years," the Playboy article   
   "The Betrayal of John Lennon," the Coleman bio, the "Imagine:  John Lennon"   
   movie, etc.
