   Rolling Stone has re-done its top songs of all time list, and Bob has dropped   
   from #1 to #4, supplanted by "Respect," Public Enemy's "Fight the Power" (?),   
   and "A Change Is Gonna Come" (and just edging "Smells Like Teen Spirit").    
      
   The description of LaRS says "Dylan began writing an extended piece of verse   
   — 20 pages long by one account, six in another — that was, he said, 'just   
   a rhythm thing on paper all about my steady hatred, directed at some point
