   .. The different disturbances continue from the neighbors, primarily now in   
   recent months with foot stepping all morning - day till evening - early night.   
   - I.e. more than 18 hours in a row, thus sporadically stepping. My own foot   
   stepping is not hear    
   able when I’m raised in an apartment that has similar thin concrete in its   
   construction. My neighbors’ foot stepping have been going on since 1993. -   
   The total situation is most unfair and mentally stressful. (I’m using tight   
   earphones all day now.)   
    Ouch...   
      
   My solution here is achieved via science, research and logic. The two primer   
   answers are these.   
      
   First, the human brain-evolution has created some (natural) flaws. One such   
   human- brain flaw - expression - is that some people have very strong   
   tendencies for establishing the ancient social pattern of slaves. This special   
   - urge - (having slaves) is    
   always present at some. - Still ethically not accepted in modern times. This   
   is a basic explanation for my neighbors behavior towards me. ( I’m mentally   
   seen for a slave.) - Thus the neighbors are acting as a proxy, and are paid   
   for all their "strange"    
   behaviors.   
      
   Secondly, lot of people have tendencies for mentally wanting to being   
   "slaves", or wanting to take orders from "above". This mental urge is   
   basically sprung from the novel (only my?) discovery of the ally/foe I/me self   
   drive disposition. - Observe that    
   this is an altered instinct, not a missing such. Probably my proxy behaving   
   neighbors have this altered instinct. And the majority of the Western   
   Europe’s and the North American’s people have this drive change. Almost   
   all have tendencies for wanting    
   to being "slaves" or more modestly expressed, vaguely being employees in   
   various institutions. - These, both, first and second answers are the general   
   and hidden "motor" in the Western World’s mastering, working and living   
   behavior.   
      
   Probably there also are interests world wide, thus mainly in the western   
   hemisphere, who tries to create a "game changer" concerning the latest two   
   centuries' aspect of a non-slavery social approach. - Till a open, or a   
   covert, "slave" society with a few    
   "masters" who "controls" the big majority of "slaves". I think that the   
   "conspiracy" theory of the assassins of JFK and RFK, for instance, has its   
   maximal explanation here. - And don't forget the impact of money and wealth   
   within this maximal "conspiracy"   
    theory.   
      
   How come that I can endure such behavior that I have been exposed to for the   
   latest 50-60 years? Well, my mother, for instance, was affected by both   
   answers given in this post. And my father had only the ally/foe disposition.   
   So I have been "learned" in    
   my growth to endure. - Still, everybody has their limits. - 50-60 years of   
   constant exposure to social and interactive bad behavior. - I'll say ouch,   
   once more.   
      
   If the most important saying at Pentagon and West Point is: "All wars   
   accumulate." Then the most important accumulation concerning my writing here   
   in RMD since about 2005 is that the conspiracy guys - accumulate - till being   
   masters, wanting having    
   slaves, inside the Western World's weapon smiths development institutions.   
   More precisely here found being the Griffin bastards.   
      
   At least Bob Dylan has given me a platform here in RMD, when he probably has   
   been participating, in some type of manner, at the Griffin group conspiracy.   
   On the other hand Bob Dylan has been like a clown or pierrot masterfully   
   "disturbing" in the    
   background in my general contemplation over these issues.
